1. LED芯片架构和原材料也是影响LED点光源热阻的因素之一，降低LED本身的热阻是前提条件；热阻的影响也很大，因此选择合适的散热材料也是降低LED元器件热阻的方法之一。 3. 即使使用相同的散热材料，也直接关系到散热面积的大小。二次散热设计好，面积大，相应降低了热阻。扩展有很大的作用。 4. LED芯片是用导热胶直接与金属连接的，包括导热系数和金属种子的不同会影响LED热阻的大小。尽量减小 LED 与二次散热机构加载接口之间的热阻。 5.
