Liquid optical transparent glue, also known as LOCA, English name: liquid Optical Clear Adhesive. It is a special adhesive that is mainly used for transparent optical components. LOCA is characterized by: colorless transparency, light transparency, 98%, good adhesion strength, and can be solidified under normal temperature or medium temperature conditions. At the same time, it has the characteristics of small curing and contraction rate, yellow resistance and other characteristics. LOCA glue will be yellow at high temperatures. In this regard, UVLED is the most suitable choice. The normal temperature of UVLED is 60 degrees without ozone. The experimental test LOCA requires 7-8S to be completely solidified under the UVLED face light source. At present, most LOCA still uses mercury lamps as the most important solidification device, and some LOCA glue has begun to use UVLED. Very sensitive, but UVLED does not change the internal structure of LOCA, so the trend of the LOCA curing device later is UVLED.
