Acceptance shall be carried out according to the product specifications, samples or inspection standards confirmed by both parties,The Demander shall accept the products within 5 days after receiving the goods. If the products pass the acceptance, the Demander shall issue the acceptance certificate to the supplier. If the products are not accepted within the time limit or no written objection is raised, the Demander shall be deemed to have passed the acceptance.
