What about the warranty for defective products ?

Acceptance shall be carried out according to the product specifications, samples or inspection standards confirmed by both parties,The Demander shall accept the products within 5 days after receiving the goods. If the products pass the acceptance, the Demander shall issue the acceptance certificate to the supplier. If the products are not accepted within the time limit or no written objection is raised, the Demander shall be deemed to have passed the acceptance.

Where is your fatory ?

Our factories are located in No. 172, Tiegang Reservoir Road, Xixiang street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province . China

Are you trade company or factory ?

We are factory, so we can provide high quality products at a reasonable price.

Can you do ODM,OEM ?

ODM.OEM are warmly welcome. Tianhui has a talented R & D team of engineers to make everything work in an efficient way at a reasonable cost and assist guests in solving various UV LED problems.

Can i get a few samples before placing bulk order?

Yes ,we can offer sample, within 7 days.

How can we expect to get the sample?

The sample producing time is 3-7days and it usually takes about 7days arrived you there by DHL , UPS ,EMS ,FedEx.

What is your MOQ?

ln general, MOQ is 3-5 cartons per item.

What is your Trade term?

EXW FOB(Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen ), CNF, CIF is also Ok.

What is your Payment term?

T/T (30% Deposit & 70% Before loading deliver )， PayPal ， etc.
