[Cola Óptica] Tianhuiuvled é aplicado à cola LOCA

Cola transparente óptica líquida, também conhecida como LOCA, nome em inglês: Liquid Optical Clear Adhesive. É um adesivo especial usado principalmente para componentes ópticos transparentes. LOCA caracteriza-se por: transparência incolor, transparência da luz, 98%, boa aderência, podendo ser solidificado em condições de temperatura normal ou média. Ao mesmo tempo, tem as características de pequena taxa de cura e contração, resistência amarela e outras características. A cola LOCA ficará amarela em altas temperaturas. A este respeito, UVLED é a escolha mais adequada. A temperatura normal do UVLED é de 60 graus sem ozônio. O teste experimental LOCA requer que o 7-8S seja completamente solidificado sob a fonte de luz facial UVLED. Atualmente, a maioria dos LOCA ainda usa lâmpadas de mercúrio como o dispositivo de solidificação mais importante, e algumas colas LOCA começaram a usar UVLED.
