LED module is a product that combines LED (light emitting diode) according to certain rules and is packaged with some waterproof treatment.LED modules are widely used in LED products, and there are great differences in structure and electronic products. The simple thing is to use the circuit board and shell equipped with led to form LED modules.

The following is a detailed description of LED module parameters:(1) ColourThis is a basic parameter that applies different colors in different situations. According to the color type, it can be divided into monochrome, seven rainbow and full-color single point control. Monochrome is monochrome and cannot be changed. Connecting to the power supply will work. Bright color means that the whole series of modules can only have the same color, and can not realize different colors of a single module. (3) Operating temperatureThat is, the temperature at which the LED works normally. Usually it is between - 20 ℃ and + 60 ℃. If the range of requirements is high, special treatment is required.(4) Illumination angle

The illumination angle of LED module without lens is mainly determined by LED, and different illumination angles of LED are also different. Generally, the illumination angle of the LED provided by the manufacturer is the angle of the LED module.(5) BrightnessThis parameter is a parameter that people pay more attention to. Brightness is a complex problem in LED. We usually say brightness in LED module is usually luminous intensity and lumen. At low power, it usually represents luminous intensity (MCD), and at high power, it is usually called lumen (LM). We say brightness of module in LED is to add lumen of each LED. (6) Waterproof gradeIf the LED module is to be used outdoors, this parameter is very important, which is an important index to ensure that the LED module can work outdoors for a long time. In general, it is better to have the waterproof grade of IP65 in the open air.(7) Dimensions

This is relatively simple and is commonly referred to as the length and width of the upper dimension.(8) Maximum length of a single connectionWhen we do large projects, we use this parameter more. It indicates the number of LED modules connected in series, which is related to the size of the connecting wire of the LED module, and can also be customized according to the actual situation.

(9) PowerEmpirical formula of LED module power: power of LED mode = power of single LED × Number of LEDs × 1.1。
