It is well known that UVLED lamp beads are one of the main key parts of UVLED curing light sources. They are widely used in UV curing devices such as UVLED wire light sources and UVLED facial light sources. With the development of the industry, there are more and more lamp beads on the market, and their quality is uneven. To choose the key parameters of UVLED lamp beads in order to choose the right lamp beads. 1. peak wavelength (PeakWaVaVelenth): The unit is usually nano (NM), which is defined as the wavelength of the maximum radiation power of UVLED lamp beads. The curve diagram of the parallel peak wavelength and ambient temperature is shown in Figure 1 below. It can be seen that the value changes with the changes in the environmental temperature. (Radiation Plusal) Radiantflux: Also known as radiation power, refers to the radiation energy of a certain section of the unit time, the unit is tile (w), that is, 1W = j/s (scorched ear per second).
