If the material is used to convert from ordinary materials to UV materials, the material should be cleaned with the machine. And the auxiliary agent can only use the UV -specific auxiliary agent. 4. UVLED ink and upper optical oil should use professional cleaning agents such as: acetic acid, ethanol, etc., and our commonly used gasoline and kerosene can not work. 5. Avoid contact with the skin, it will cause itching, redness, pimples, peeling and other symptoms. In case of sticking to the skin, it should be cleaned with soap as soon as possible. (Note: Ethanol acetic acid can be cleaned, but they are not commonly used in life, so in emergency situations, soap is best found) 6. The attachment of UVLED ink And changes, so when a new printing is printed, it should be confirmed first. 7. The black ink in the UVLED ink has a strong ability to absorb ultraviolet rays. Therefore, the curing speed of such ink is slower. During the printing process of UV black ink, it is necessary to slow down the printing speed. The purpose is to increase the time of ultraviolet rays. Make the ink sufficiently solidify.
