UV LED is composed of multiple parts. Each part affects the thermal characteristics of LED, and it also has a different effect on the heat aging. UVLED's most obvious performance change with temperature is forward voltage drop (VF). This is a chip -level phenomenon. The LEDs of different manufacturers are different. The degree of positive pressure drop is generally between -2mv/ -4mv . As shown in Figure 1, the forward voltage drop (VF) and environmental temperature of the UVLED data manual. Figure 2 is the relationship curve of relative radiation flux and temperature under constant current. It can be seen that relative radiation flux decreases with the increase in temperature.
