LED光源模组安装步骤 1. 光源模块数量采用等幅放电，模拟光源模块在电脑上的分布。初步预算所需的光源模组数量。模块间距视觉亮度需要在3-150px之间。字的粗细可以在5-325px之间选择。 2. 计算电源功率，配电方案预算LED光源模组数量单个光源模组功率=总功耗功率。建议电源要有一个平衡点，用额定功率的80%来使用。 3. 安装LED光源模组A：清洁表面； B：用双面不干胶粘在模组底部； C：均匀放电，连接到：成品LED光源模组注意事项 1. LED模组的极性：红线接电源，白线接电源负极。 2. 亚克力透光罩与LED模组的垂直高度大于5厘米，小于13厘米，避免罩表面出现光斑或暗现象；对均匀性影响很大，需要注意选择。 3. 工作电压：注意LED光源模组电压与开关电源电压的电压一致性。 4. 粘贴牢固：确保灯箱中粘贴的LED模组牢固可靠，必要时用螺丝固定。 5. 线材长度：电源线长度越短越好（建议不要超过3米），大于等于18AWG#，超过3米要适当增加。以上就是LED光源模组器件的介绍。光源模块的装置还是比较简单的。原理局可以安装得更快更好。我们除了要注意它的原理外，还要看看光源模组的装置的注意事项，这样才能更好的安装光源模组。
