LED芯片結構:最近看了很多LED芯片的相關資料,簡單介紹一下LED芯片的結構和製造工藝,有助於了解LED相關企業的發展情況和發展前景。 LED芯片一共包含兩個主要內容,一個是LED外延膜——上圖中下方的藍寶石基板和基板上的Nitrodes(GAN)緩衝層;和PN電極層。 因此,LED芯片涉及三個生產過程:發光延伸片生長、芯片生長和製造、芯片封裝。 以上三道工序中,外片生長技術含量高,其次是芯片製造,其次是封裝。 LED模組就是將LED(發光二極管)按照一定的規律排列並封裝起來。 LED外延片批發,再加上一些防水處理的產品,就是LED模組。 按密封性可分為防水型和不防水型兩種。 防水和不防水模塊主要是根據應用環境來區分的。 一般防水LED模組可用於戶外照明和宣傳用途。 LED延長線多少錢?環境應用,不防水模塊主要用於室內。 根據LED的形狀,LED模塊分為: 直接插入LED模塊,食LED模塊,貼片LED模塊。 LED芯片按大小分為小功率芯片、中功率芯片和大功率芯片按功率可分為小功率芯片。 根據客戶要求可分為單管級、數碼級、點陣級、裝飾照明等類別。 至於芯片的具體尺寸,還要看不同芯片廠商的實際生產水平。 沒有具體要求。 只要工藝通過,小芯片就可以提高單位產量,降低成本。 湛江LED外延膜和光電性能不會發生根本性變化。 芯片的使用電流實際上與流過芯片的電流密度有關。 芯片用小電流,芯片大使大,LED外延膜廠家,他們的單位電流密度幾乎一樣。 考慮到散熱是大電流下的主要問題,其發光效率低於小電流。 另一方面,由於面積增加,芯片的體電阻會降低,因此正向電壓會降低。 返回上一步打印此頁
