LED電源及其基本驅動電路的電壓是多少?

LED電源原電源有低壓電池、太陽能電池、通訊市場電源三種重要類型。 無論接受哪種原裝電源,換電的前提條件是要滿足LED。 這種電源變換電路一般是指LED驅動電路。 在LED太陽能供電系統中,需要電池或超級電容來儲存太陽能。 夜間照明時,電池或超級電容再通過控制電路放電,為LED驅動電路供電。 太陽能、風能與LED的結合是LED一年來的亮點。 它將為第三世界的貧困和偏遠地區帶來光明,讓燦爛的綠色燈光照亮世界的每一個角落。 LED電源及其基本驅動電路設計 1. 低壓直流電源的LFD驅動電路 1. 當輸入電壓高於LED電壓時,當輸入電壓高於LED或LED燈串電壓時降壓穩壓。 (1)線性穩壓器線性穩壓器是一種DC-DC降壓轉換器。 LED驅動電路所接受的線性穩壓器大多是低壓差分穩壓器(LDO)。 長處是不需要電感元件,所需元件數量少,不會出現EMI不育,自身壓降比力低,比力低。 但是,與開關型穩壓器相比,LDO 的功率損耗還是比較大,效率也較低。 LDO驅動350mA以上大功率LED燈串時,需要加散熱器。 (2)開關穩壓穩壓(buck)穩壓器是基於單片專用IC的開關型降壓穩壓器。 許多降壓穩壓器的開關頻率超過1MHz,這使得外部元件非常小。 糾纏極小,效率達90%以上。 但是,這類轉換器會產生開關噪聲,並且存在EMI問題。 圖1為基於Zetex ZXSC300的3WLED升壓驅動電路。 這裡的RCS是電傳輸傳感電阻。 在6V輸入電壓下,電流LED電流達到1.11A。ZXSC300接受5腳SOT23封裝。 LED電源及其基本驅動電路設計目前多采用降壓變壓器單片IC來切換開關MOSFET(Q1)和降壓二極管(D1)。 2. 當輸入電壓低於LED電壓時,當輸入電壓低於LED或LED燈串的一般正電壓電壓時,LED需要增加電壓驅動電路。 升壓轉換器有以下兩種類型。 (1) 直壓式變換器 在手機違章照明中,常採用感應電壓電壓的LED驅動電路。 開關型電感升壓轉換器作為一個或多個LED組成的LED串,每個LED的電流相等。 如果LED串中有一個LED路,其他LED就會熄滅。 圖2為電感電壓LED驅動電路。 LED燈串由8日本亞化株式會社的NSPW500BS型白光Ledled燈管組成。 在4V輸入電壓下,每顆LED的電流約為25mA/顆。 LED電源及其基本驅動電路設計多采用升壓穩壓IC,開關管集成在芯片中。 (2)開關電容(電荷泵)升壓變換器 開關電容電壓的電壓變換器,即電荷泵。 電荷泵專用IC內置一個開關,接1個或2個 1 μF的充電電容。 有 1 ×, 1.5 ×2 ×近年來,它顯示了1。33 ×(4/3 次)和 4 ×模型。 當輸出電壓接近輸入電壓時,電荷泵不需要升壓,即在 1 ×模。 當需要壓力時,切換到 1。5 ×或者其他的東西。 電荷泵電路可以驅動 LED 陣列,或者只驅動一個 LED。
