If the thermal energy cannot be dispersed in time, the lamp beads will work in high temperature. The larger, the better, so good heat dissipation is also an important guarantee for UVLED curing function to work normally for a long time. We take the product of Tianhui as an example to introduce two commonly used heat dissipation methods. 1. Fan heat dissipation is a radiator on the copper -based plate of the lamp beads. The heat sinking fan blows away the heat. This method is mainly aimed at the relatively sparse light source of the lamp beads. The main disadvantage is that the fan work will have noise. 2. Water -cooling method, use water -cooled machine, circulate through water, and take away the thermal energy of the light source. This method is used for light sources with dense lamps. It is difficult to achieve the effect.
